  Construction Building Rules & Regulations
  1. No smoking in the building or work area.
  2. No eating or drinking within building or work area.
  3. Building and work area (including exterior) must be kept clean and orderly at all times.
  4. Contact Property Manager to access to utility rooms or any systems shut down (electric, gas, sprinkler, etc.) MINIMUM 48 hours notice.
  5. Contact Property Manager to coordinate access to adjacent tenant spaces at least 1 week in advance.
  6. All lights are to be turned off and all points of access secured at the end of each day.
  7. All common areas related to the area of work are to be protected (floor and walls).
  8. All construction parking is to take place at work site only (rear of space when possible) - away from building entrances and/or adjacent tenant spaces.
  9. No radios or music devices.
  10. Dumpster location must be approved in advance and must be set on plywood.
  11. Permits and all inspection notices must be clearly posted at site entrance.
  12. Saw cutting, hammering, drilling, and other such work of noisy nature cannot be performed between the hours of 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM, or as mandated by specific tenant needs.
  13. Contractor signage may be posted at site entrance(s) only and may not exceed 24"x36" (for site identification only).
  14. All roof work is to be performed by the buildings roofing contractor.

RMR has the right to inspect work at any time and may reject work that does not conform to city codes, does not conform to tenant's plans, or work that may affect or alter the exterior appearance, structural components, or service system of the building.
